Programs can be delivered as stand-alone initiatives or integrated within broader family safety, parenting and wellbeing interventions.
Programs are delivered in partnership with government agencies, community organisations, schools, health services and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community-controlled organisations to strengthen relationships, wellbeing and family outcomes.
Our Program Approach
Heart-based delivers evidence-informed programs that strengthen attachment, communication, emotional wellbeing, healthy relationships and family safety. Programs are selected to support individuals and families across different stages of life and are grounded in prevention, early intervention and healing-focused practice.
Healing occurs in relationships. When parents, caregivers and young people are supported to strengthen connection, understanding and communication, families are better placed to navigate adversity, recover from trauma and
build safer futures.
