Heart-based provides intensive, domestic and family violence-informed interventions that support the safety, wellbeing and stability of children and families. Children remain at the centre of all intervention planning and decision-making.
Services are grounded in the Safe & Together Model and recognise that children's safety and wellbeing are strengthened when practitioners partner with victim-survivors, support parenting capacity and intervene with perpetrators to reduce risk and harm.
Interventions are tailored to the unique circumstances of each family and may be delivered in partnership with Child Protection, family support services, domestic and family violence services and community organisations.
