Following receipt of your enquiry, Heart-based will contact you to discuss your needs, service suitability and available options.
Where appropriate, a proposal outlining service scope, delivery approach and fees will be provided.

All referrals, consultancy requests and intervention services are subject to a conflict of interest assessment prior to acceptance. Where an actual, perceived or potential conflict of interest is identified, Heart-based may decline or redirect a referral to ensure professional integrity and safe service delivery.
Scope of Practice:
Heart-based provides training, consultancy, family safety intervention and parenting and healing programs.
Heart-based does not provide crisis response services, emergency accommodation, legal advice or clinical mental health treatment.
Individuals requiring urgent support should contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis support service.
